Ce r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu en alliant une technologie: l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyse en lit fluidis\u00e9 qui permet de r\u00e9aliser la r\u00e9action en 3D, \u00e0 un catalyseur Ni\/Fe de tr\u00e8s grande surface sp\u00e9cifique appel\u00e9 &quot;nanocatalyseur&quot;. L&rsquo;alliance des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectrochimiques de ce catalyseur en poudre et de la technologie en lit fluidis\u00e9 permet de r\u00e9aliser un v\u00e9ritable saut technologique dans l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne par \u00e9lectrolyse avec une consommation de 42 kWh par kg d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. <\/p>\n<p>(voir les publications de R.D. sur le sujet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.qsinano.com\/white_papers\/Water%20Electrolysis%20April%2007.pdf\">2007<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.qsinano.com\/white_papers\/2006_09_15.pdf\">2006<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Mais pour juger de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique globale de la fili\u00e8re hydrog\u00e9ne encore faut-il examiner chacune des \u00e9tapes du processus <u>de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyseur \u00e0 la sortie de la pile \u00e0 combustible<\/u>. <\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; L&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyse de l&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/strong>:<a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/photos\/uncategorized\/2008\/03\/03\/electrolysepac_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"258\" alt=\"Electrolysepac_2\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/electrolysepac_2.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a> la r\u00e9action est endothermique. A partir de l&rsquo;enthalpie DeltaH il est possible de calculer <u>le potentiel de chaleur nulle<\/u> de la r\u00e9action \u00e9lectrochimique qui est \u00e9gal \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong>1,48V<\/strong> <\/span>\u00e0 25\u00b0C. Il est sup\u00e9rieur de 0,25V au potentiel d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de la r\u00e9action qui est de 1,23V. A partir de cette valeur de tension on retrouve ais\u00e9ment les rendements annonc\u00e9s par Dopp en fonction des tensions d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyse. Une valeur de rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de 75% est obtenu avec une tension de 1,743V en effet 1,48\/1,743=0,75. De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on on calcule un rendement de 93% avec une tension d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyse en lit fluidis\u00e9 de 1,59V. <\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; La Pile \u00e0 combustible<\/span><\/strong>: C&rsquo;est la r\u00e9action inverse de la r\u00e9action d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyse qui se produit, elle est donc exothermique (surface jaune entre 1.23V et 1.48V) et se rajoute la chute ohmique \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la pile et de ses membranes perms\u00e9lectives de s\u00e9paration des r\u00e9actions. Le rendement <u>\u00e9lectrique<\/u> d&rsquo;une PAC est donc mauvais, un peu meilleur que celui d&rsquo;un moteur \u00e0 explosion \u00e0 faible r\u00e9gime de courant et tr\u00e8s mauvais en cas d&rsquo;appel important de courant. Par exemple pour une tension de fonctionnement de la pile de 0,65V le rendement est de 0,65\/1,48 = 44%.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3300cc\"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Prenons un exemple<\/strong> <\/span>d&rsquo;une \u00e9lectrolyse r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 1,63V,sous forte agitation en lit fluidis\u00e9, l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne produit est r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 et s\u00e9par\u00e9 des traces de solution de potasse, puis il est conditionn\u00e9 sous pression sous forme d&rsquo;hydrure m\u00e9tallique par exemple, puis il est utilis\u00e9 sur un v\u00e9hicule pour alimenter une PAC.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/rendementpac_21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"126\" alt=\"Rendementpac_2\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/rendementpac_2.jpg\" width=\"390\"  \/><\/a> Examinons la cascade d&rsquo;op\u00e9rations avec les rendements de chacune: \u00e9lectrolyse 91%, fonctionnement de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyseur (pompes, r\u00e9gulations, vannes, etc.) 92%, collecte et s\u00e9chage du gaz 98%, conditionnement exothermique sous pression 85%, rendement de la PAC 44%. A partir des tensions d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyse 1,63V et de fonctonnement de la PAC \u00e0 0,65V le ratio 0.65\/1.63 donne un rendement \u00e9lectrochimique de 40%, mais si on ajoute toutes les pertes associ\u00e9es le rendement tombe \u00e0 30%.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; En conclusion:<\/span><\/strong> il faut fournir plus de trois fois plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyseur qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;en est r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la sortie de la PAC \u00e0 bord du v\u00e9hicule. On le voit, le v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 Hydrog\u00e8ne est destin\u00e9 a une classe dirigeante riche et qui dispose d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie non polluante \u00e0 volont\u00e9. Les hypoth\u00e8ses europ\u00e9ennes de quasi g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon 2050 sont des vues de l&rsquo;esprit.  Mais, me direz-vous, il y a 50 ans tout le monde ou presque admettait qu&rsquo;en l&rsquo;an 2000 on se d\u00e9placerait avec un h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re personnel et portable.
