Inversement, les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s par fermentation enzymatique sont plus adapt\u00e9s aux petites unit\u00e9s agricoles.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9actions de pyrolyse rapide et de r\u00e9actions catalytiques en phase liquide sont particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9tudi\u00e9es.
