Ce pilote devrait produire 250 barils par jour d&rsquo;\u00e9thanol (2.5 M gallons\/an), on est loin des volumes industriels.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Biogasol pr\u00e9sente quatre \u00e9tapes essentielles:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>une explosion des fibres \u00e0 la vapeur oxydante \u00e0 170-200\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>une hydrolyse enzymatique de la cellulose \u00e0 32\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>une hydrolyse enzymatique des xyloses \u00e0 70\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>une digestion ana\u00e9robique produisant du m\u00e9thane, utilis\u00e9 comme source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les liquides sont recycl\u00e9s et 15% de la masse initiale sont r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s sous forme de solide pour \u00eatre br\u00fbl\u00e9s ou recycl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Ce contrat met, une fois de plus, en \u00e9vidence le dynamisme de la R&amp;D danoise qui n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 relever les manches pour d\u00e9velopper des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels et mettre les bras dans le cambouis.
