C&rsquo;est pour cela que Conoco-Phillips vient de signer un accord avec Transcanada pour acqu\u00e9rir 50% des int\u00e9r\u00eats dans le &quot;Keystone Oil Pipeline&quot; qui devrait pouvoir, d\u00e8s fin 2009, acheminer&nbsp; 590 mille barils de brut par jour vers les USA.
