C&rsquo;est un petit pays de la taille de quatre d\u00e9partements fran\u00e7ais (21000 km2), les trajets quotidiens ne d\u00e9passent pas 70 km ce qui est parfait pour un v\u00e9hicule de 100km d&rsquo;autonomie \u00e0 pleine charge. On peut donc en faire un laboratoire en vraie grandeur de lancement d&rsquo;un nouveau concept. Mais il existe un argument \u00e9conomique majeur: les automobiles en Isra\u00ebl sont <u>hors de prix<\/u>. En effet elles sont tax\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;importation de 72%. Dans le cas des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques n&rsquo;\u00e9mettant pas de CO2, la taxe passerait \u00e0&nbsp; 10%. Voila le secret d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 un prix &quot;abordable&quot; pour un isra\u00e9lien.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Ce projet souffre cependant d&rsquo;un gros point d&rsquo;interrogation: <u>la batterie<\/u>. Ce v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique import\u00e9 d&rsquo;Europe en Isra\u00ebl serait \u00e9quip\u00e9 sur place d&rsquo;une batterie (produite localement?) et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par le consortium NEC-Nissan au Japon qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9&nbsp; en Avril 2007 une toute jeune joint venture &quot;Automotive Energy Supply Corporation&quot; pour industrialiser ce nouveau produit. Ce nouveau v\u00e9hicule va donc \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un nouveau concept de batterie (lamin\u00e9e?) non encore industriel et produit on ne sait o\u00f9, or la mise au point d&rsquo;une batterie et l&rsquo;atteinte d&rsquo;un haut niveau de fiabilit\u00e9 est un probl\u00e8me complexe. C&rsquo;est peut-\u00eatre le talon d&rsquo;Achille du projet. Le futur nous le dira.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Le v\u00e9hicule 100% \u00e9lectrique est la vraie solution pour une utilisation urbaine ou p\u00e9ri urbaine quotidienne. Son probl\u00e8me majeur est le co\u00fbt de la batterie au Lithium n\u00e9cessaire pour disposer de l&rsquo;autonomie suffisante. Ces produits sont on\u00e9reux parce qu&rsquo;ils mettent en oeuvre des composants innovants et donc&nbsp; chers (\u00e9lectrolytes, s\u00e9parateurs, oxydes \u00e9lectroactifs, organes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9). Le March\u00e9 attend pour 2010, la future voiture 100% \u00e9lectrique de Toyota&nbsp; qui sera \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;une batterie d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et industrialis\u00e9e avec Matsushita.
