Il dispose d&rsquo;une usine de 15000 tonnes par an dans le Shangxi qui lui fournit ses cathodes de Carbone. Rusal voudrait dans un premier temps doubler ses productions de cathodes. Mais le gouvernement chinois d\u00e9sire moderniser&nbsp; son outil de production d&rsquo;Aluminium \u00e9nergivore et polluant (\u00e9manations du Fluor de la cryolite) en arr\u00eatant les usines les moins efficaces et en introduisant de nouvelles unit\u00e9s de production plus modernes. Les statistiques de production chinoises d&rsquo;Aluminium semblent parfois incertaines, mais il n&rsquo;y a pas qu&rsquo;elles. La Chine produirait 30% de l&rsquo;Aluminium primaire mondial, soit entre 11 et 12 millions de tonnes, mais elle serait tout de m\u00eame importatrice nette d&rsquo;Aluminium. L&rsquo;Aluminium recycl\u00e9 chinois repr\u00e9senterait pr\u00e8s de 3 millions de tonnes, ce qui est peu par rapport aux ratios mondiaux qui estiment la part de l&rsquo;Aluminium recycl\u00e9 \u00e0 un tiers des consommations. La seule question: Rusal est-il le partenaire id\u00e9al pour moderniser l&rsquo;outil de production chinois?
