Ces consommations hebdomadaires, bien que souvent entach\u00e9es d&rsquo;erreurs, sont en phase avec une baisse des stocks de produits raffin\u00e9s et interm\u00e9diaires de 7 mbl. Il faut ajouter \u00e0 ce chiffre une baisse de 3,3 mbl  des stocks de brut qui ne s&rsquo;explique pas totalement, les importations \u00e9tant presque suffisantes \u00e0 9.8 mbl\/jour.
