Ceci repr\u00e9sente une distance de 1700 kilom\u00e8tres environ. Cette ligne \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible perte de charge relierait deux stations hydro\u00e9lectriques en cours de construction sur la rivi\u00e8re Jinsha qui auront ensemble une puissance sup\u00e9rieure au Barrage des Trois Gorges \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion de Shanghai dont les besoins futurs en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sont consid\u00e9rables .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; La puissance \u00e9lectrique install\u00e9e de la Chine est d&rsquo;environ 700 GW, \u00e0 comparer \u00e0 celle de l&rsquo;Europe des 25 qui \u00e9tait de 712 GW en 2005.
