Les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s enzymatiques qui peuvent produire de l&rsquo;\u00e9thanol ou du butanol et les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s purement chimiques. Parmi ces derniers il peut y avoir de vrais complexes chimiques conduisant \u00e0 du gasoil par r\u00e9action de Fischer-Tropsch et hydrocracking, mais il existe aussi des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s tr\u00e8s rustiques conduisant \u00e0 un &quot;combustible&quot; liquide. C&rsquo;est le cas du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Dynamotive qui produit une liqueur de bois pompeusement appel\u00e9e &quot;BioOil&quot;! <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Dynamotive, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Vancouver, annonce vouloir construire un usine de production de BioOil&nbsp; \u00e0 Willow Springs, Missouri. Cette usine &quot;pilote&quot; transformerait quotidiennement 180 tonnes de sciure de bois en 34000 gallons de cette liqueur. Ce produit serait vendu dans la r\u00e9gion pour alimenter des chaudi\u00e8res industrielles \u00e0 la recherche de biocarburants pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;acheter les futurs droits d&rsquo;\u00e9missions de CO2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 consiste en une pyrolyse vers 450\u00b0C-500\u00b0C de sciure de bois en lit fluidis\u00e9. De la r\u00e9action on obtient 60 \u00e0 75% de BioOil (contenant 25% d&rsquo;eau), de la suie (15 \u00e0 20%) et des gaz qui sont br\u00fbl\u00e9s par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9. Il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;effluent. Une contrainte : le BioOil n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas tr\u00e8s stable il doit \u00eatre agit\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et utilis\u00e9 dans les trois mois.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Le m\u00e9lange de la suie et du BioOil peut conduire \u00e0 un super combustible solide compos\u00e9 de fins grains. Charbon de bois moderne.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;On le voit, les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de production de &quot;bio-carburants&quot; peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s divers en fonction de la qualit\u00e9 des produits d\u00e9sir\u00e9s.
