Il utilise une technologie de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration dite &quot;triple-junction structure&quot; version am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de la technique dite de &quot;tandem-junction&quot; qui avait d\u00e9marr\u00e9 dans cette usine d\u00e8s Septembre 2005. Ces technologies mettent en oeuvre des films tr\u00e8s minces de Silicium d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sur un substrat de verre. Elles permettent de diviser la quantit\u00e9 de Silicium utilis\u00e9e par cent, par rapport au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 classique de sciage de lingots de Silicium. La dur\u00e9e du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de production est raccoucie et les co\u00fbts sont r\u00e9duits.&nbsp; De plus cette technologie permet de concevoir des panneaux lumineux au design assez innovant. <\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 utilise une jonction triple qui permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les rendements de conversion en cellule de 11% par le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 tandem \u00e0 13% avec ce nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9.
