Ceci repr\u00e9sente, par rapport \u00e0 2005, une croissance annuelle de 20% (286 MW) de la puissance install\u00e9e. On peut mesurer ainsi tout le dynamisme de cette fili\u00e8re industrielle japonaise, en symbiose avec tous les d\u00e9veloppements technologiques de l&rsquo;industrie \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Quels sont les grands acteurs japonais de ce secteur, quels sont les grands axes de d\u00e9veloppement et de progr\u00e8s?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d&rsquo;origine solaire repose, aujourd&rsquo;hui, sur la production de Silicium polycristallin. Il existe deux grands acteurs Japonais: Tokuyama et Mitsubishi Materials. Le premier produit 1000 tonnes par an de lingots, le second 200 tonnes. Les fabricants de wafers (disques minces de silicium) sont plus nombreux, ils comprennent les deux premiers mais aussi M.Setec, JFE Steel, SUMCO, etc. qui travaillent \u00e0 partir de lingots achet\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9. La demande est tr\u00e8s forte, elle cr\u00e9e donc une offre tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9e et tr\u00e8s innovante. Tokuyama travaille sur un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 VLD (vapor to liquid deposition), Chisso travaille sur un nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de r\u00e9duction au Zinc et voudrait installer une usine pilote de production en 2008.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts la premi\u00e8re d\u00e9marche est de r\u00e9duire la consommation en Silicium en r\u00e9duisant l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des wafers. Les bons sont \u00e0 200 microns d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et les meilleurs \u00e0 150 microns.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Viennent ensuite les fabricants de cellules \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires, qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une tension de 0,45V environ, et de modules qui comprennent plusieurs cellules assembl\u00e9es en s\u00e9rie pour atteindre la tension sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e. Les grands acteurs japonais (et leur production 2006 en Mega Watt cr\u00eate) sont dans ce domaine: Sharp (198 MWc), Kyocera (72 MWc), Mitsubishi Electric (50 MWc) et Sanyo (35 MWc). Cette industrie, d&rsquo;une tr\u00e8s grande complexit\u00e9, comprend \u00e0 la fois les multiples traitements de surfaces du Silicium et de la formation de couches qui vont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir la lumi\u00e8re sur la face arri\u00e8re, la laisser passer dans un sens sur la face avant, en \u00e9vitant les r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissements et qui vont collecter le courant sur les deux faces. Elle comprend aussi tout le syst\u00e8me de collection du courant, la mise en s\u00e9rie des cellules et l&rsquo;assemblage physique des modules pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre install\u00e9s dans la nature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Les points cl\u00e9s de cette industrie sont la ma\u00eetrise des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire les dispersions (les meilleurs sont \u00e0 + ou &#8211; 3%) et pour r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9chets de production. L&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration permanente des technologies a permis d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre le rendement de conversion photovolta\u00efque des cellules et la puissance surfacique des modules. Un rendement de conversion qui se situe vers les 10 \u00e0 12% ( 1 \u00e0 1,2 Wc par dm2) pour les productions courantes et de 18% pour les productions annonc\u00e9es en 2008 et au del\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;La d\u00e9marche industrielle japonaise, faite d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorations permanentes, est parfaitement adapt\u00e9e aux probl\u00e9matiques de cette industrie qui doit \u00e9conomiser le Silicium, r\u00e9duires les d\u00e9chets et les dispersions, am\u00e9liorer les rendements de conversion, accro\u00eetre la dur\u00e9e de vie et la fiabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes.
