En 2009 elles se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 18,8 tonnes par Australien, \u00e0 17,2 tonnes par Am\u00e9ricain, \u00e0 13,6 tonnes par Saoudien, \u00e0 12,2 tonnes pour un Russe, \u00e0 9,1 tonnes par Allemand et \u00e0 6,1 tonnes par Chinois. Le &quot;Chinois moyen&quot; \u00e9met ainsi un tout petit peu plus de CO2 que le Fran\u00e7ais lambda qui arrive \u00e0 n&#039;\u00e9mettre que 6 tonnes de CO2 par an gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son parc de centrales \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aires et aux lourdes taxes sur les carburants qu&#039;il utilise. Tels sont les donn\u00e9es communiqu\u00e9es par l&#039;Agence de l&#039;Environnement N\u00e9erlandaise (PBL) pour ce qui est des \u00e9missions de CO2, hors utilisation des terres et des for\u00eats.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;En 2009, ann\u00e9e de crise \u00e9conomique, les \u00e9missions chinoises \u00e0 <strong><span style=\"color: #0000bf\">8,1 milliards de tonnes de CO2<\/span><\/strong> se sont accrues de plus de 9%, les \u00e9missions indiennes ont pour leur part progress\u00e9 de 5,7% pour atteindre 1,67 milliard de tonnes et devancer ainsi les \u00e9missions russes. A l&#039;inverse, en raison de la crise et des multiples actions d&#039;am\u00e9lioration de l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des processus, les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, comme les USA et l&#039;EU-15 ont vu leurs \u00e9missions d\u00e9cro\u00eetre de 7% entre 2008 et 2009. Quand au Japon qui a pris de plein fouet la crise \u00e9conomique, ses \u00e9missions de CO2 ont baiss\u00e9 de 11%. <\/p>\n<p>&#160;Ces r\u00e9ductions d&#039;\u00e9missions am\u00e9ricaines, europ\u00e9ennes et japonaises compensent exactement les accroissements chinois et indiens. Il en r\u00e9sulte une quasi stagnation des \u00e9missions de CO2 dans le monde \u00e9valu\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong><span style=\"color: #0000bf\">31,3 milliards de tonnes de CO2<\/span><\/strong>, hors utilisation des terres et des for\u00eats (FIG.).<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e20133f2071869970b-pi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Emissions-CO2-monde-pbl-1990-2009\" class=\"asset asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e20133f2071869970b \" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e20133f2071869970b-450wi.jpg\" style=\"width: 450px\" \/><\/a>&#160;<\/p>\n<p>&#160;Il n&#039;est pas s\u00fbr qu&#039;un tel sc\u00e9nario mod\u00e9r\u00e9 se renouvelle en 2010 en raison des vell\u00e9it\u00e9s de reprise \u00e9conomique observ\u00e9es dans le monde occidental. L&#039;inqui\u00e9tante croissance des \u00e9missions chinoises devrait en quelques ann\u00e9es propulser le niveau de CO2 relargu\u00e9 par ce pays vers les 10 milliards de tonnes par an, malgr\u00e9 les engagements en termes de &quot;r\u00e9duction par Yuan de PIB (<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/que-signifie-reduire-de-40-a-45-les-emissions-de-ghg-par-yuan-de-pib-entre-2005-et-2020.htmlcomments.png\">LIRE<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pbl.nl\/images\/No%20growth%20global%20CO2%20emissions%202009-rep500212001_tcm61-48078.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">LIRE<\/a> le papier du PBL n\u00e9erlandais sur le sujet.<\/p>\n<p>Remarque: la comparaison des \u00e9missions annuelles de CO2 par les activit\u00e9s humaines et l&#039;accroissement annuel moyen de la teneur en CO2 sur l&#039;\u00eele de Mauna Loa, publi\u00e9 par le NOAA, ne montre pas de relation quantitative \u00e9vidente entre la principale cause suppos\u00e9e d&#039;\u00e9mission de CO2 et la concentration en CO2 mesur\u00e9e dans l&#039;atmosph\u00e8re&#160; (FIG.). L&#039;accroissement annuel moyen des teneurs en CO2 en ce lieu isol\u00e9 semble relativement constant, autour des 15 milliards de tonnes, sur la base de 7,1 milliards de tonnes par ppm, alors que les \u00e9missions annuelles, hors LUC, se sont accrues de 6 milliards de tonnes depuis 2001.
