Ce seront demain les v\u00e9hicules routiers all\u00e9g\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques, \u00e0 la recherche d&#039;une plus grande autonomie, qui prendront le relais de croissance de la demande. Pour le seul march\u00e9 a\u00e9ronautique les mat\u00e9riaux composites repr\u00e9sentent aujourd&#039;hui dans les 5000 tonnes par an, ils devraient atteindre dans les 10 mille tonnes en 2015 et autour des 20 mille tonnes en 2025 pour un Chiffre d&#039;Affaires de 3 \u00e0 4 milliards de dollars. Le premier acteur mondial dans le domaine est le japonais <strong><span style=\"color: #0000bf\">Toray<\/span><\/strong> qui vient de signer r\u00e9cemment un accord de fourniture \u00e0 long terme avec Airbus. Derri\u00e8re le leader, c&#039;est le deuxi\u00e8me japonais <strong><span style=\"color: #0000bf\">Teijin<\/span><\/strong>, sous la marque Toho Tenax, fournisseur d&#039;Airbus depuis les ann\u00e9es 80 qui vient de s&#039;illustrer en signant coup sur coup deux accords de fournitures: l&#039;un avec Airbus, l&#039;autre avec Bombardier pour la gamme d&#039;appareils de la nouvelle S\u00e9rie C.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;Teijin d\u00e9veloppe en particulier pour Airbus plusieurs gammes de produits \u00e0 base de fibres de carbone pr\u00e9-impr\u00e9gn\u00e9es utilisant des poly\u00e9thers c\u00e9tones (PEEK) ou des polybenzoxazines. Teijin voudrait capter en 2025 jusqu&#039;\u00e0 30% du march\u00e9 des composites pour l&#039;a\u00e9ronautique. Dans le cadre de ce d\u00e9veloppement, cet industriel japonais va investir une ligne en technologie pr\u00e9-impr\u00e9gn\u00e9e dans son usine d&#039;Oberbruch en Allemagne.
