C&rsquo;est une r\u00e9gion frontali\u00e8re disput\u00e9e au nord de l&rsquo;Inde.<br \/>La concentration est exceptionnelle, elle va de 0.1 % \u00e0 5.36 %, la concentration de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2007\/03\/recherche_les_o.html\">thorium <\/a>va de 0.76 \u00e0 1.43 %, c&rsquo;est pratiquement \u00e0 ces concentrations l\u00e0, du yellow cake.<br \/>Il reste \u00e0 connaitre l&rsquo;importance des gisements, mais, manque de pot pour les partisans du nucl\u00e9aire, l&rsquo;Inde, quelque soit la richesse du dit gisement risque fort d&rsquo;avaler toute seule la production, vue l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue de ses besoins, non satisfaits \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle.<\/p>\n<p>On peut donc voir cette nouvelle, dans un contexte national et nationaliste fort, comme uniquement locale, ou au mieux r\u00e9gionale. L&rsquo; Inde dispose d&rsquo;une main d&rsquo;oeuvre tr\u00e8s bien form\u00e9e, et serait capable de se doter d&rsquo;un parc nucl\u00e9aire tr\u00e8s cons\u00e9quent tr\u00e8s rapidement. Et puis avec la d\u00e9esse kali, ils ne manquent pas de bras, l\u00e0 bas pour construire.<br \/>Elle souffre des maux des grands pays, le manque d&rsquo;infrastructures, y compris \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<br \/>La seule cons\u00e9quence mondiale serait sans doute l&rsquo;autosuffisance de l&rsquo; Inde. A moins que la technologie des centrales au thorium ne soit une r\u00e9ussite. Dans ce cas l\u00e0, les ressources indiennes sont grandes, et les ressources mondiales aussi.
