L&rsquo;effort le plus violent, la France de 1977 \u00e0 1993 a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 3.4 centrales, par an. <br \/>Dans le m\u00eame temps, la Chine met en service d&rsquo;ici 2012,&nbsp; 562 centrales \u00e0 charbon (une tous les 5 jours), l&rsquo;Inde 213 et les USA 72. <br \/>L\u00e0 aussi, on ne peut que constater que seule une politique d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie peut fonctionner. Que parall\u00e8lement l&rsquo;\u00e9olien doit rentrer dans nos paysages, villes, lotissements et campagnes, comme les panneaux solaires, que m\u00eame ce recours au charbon est profond\u00e9ment d\u00e9plac\u00e9 (combien de temps dureront les gisements \u00e0 ce rythme ?
