C&rsquo;est le cas de beaucoup de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ulb.ac.be\/sciences\/intra\/inforsc_archives\/nrj\/preat.htm\">gisements de p\u00e9trole<\/a> ou de gaz &quot;mort&quot;. <br \/>Seul la <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/R\u00c3\u00a9acteur_\u00c3\u00a0_neutrons_rapides\">fili\u00e8re \u00e0 neutron rapide <\/a>est capable de fonctionner quasi-\u00e9ternellement. En effet, le combustible est de loin, beaucoup plus abondant, et en consomme peu.
