C&rsquo;est logique. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publications-agora.fr\/services_gratuits.php\">mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res <\/a>ne valent plus rien, on n&rsquo;investit plus. Or, pour lancer une nouvelle mine, il faut une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Pas moins. Soit entre 20 et 25 ans.<br \/>Comme on en est qu&rsquo;au stade de la prospection pour l&rsquo;uranium, et ce avec des BUDGETS compl\u00e9tements ridicules, de l&rsquo;ordre de 100 millions de $ par an ; on comprend que l&rsquo;on va tout droit vers le grand \u00e9cart doubl\u00e9 d&rsquo;une d\u00e9chirure douloureuse. Tous les inconv\u00e9nients du nuke, sans aucun des <\/p>\n<p>avantages.<br \/>Evidemment, quand je parles de probl\u00e8me de combustible, je fais compl\u00e8tement l&rsquo;impasse sur le prix. Il ne s&rsquo;agit ici que du combustible physique, dont les centrales ont besoin. Le prix, bien s\u00fbr, lui s&rsquo;envolera. Et la barri\u00e8re des 5 % (co\u00fbt du combustible dans le co\u00fbt d&rsquo;une centrale) risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9.<br \/>D&rsquo;autre part, la volont\u00e9 de prospecter existe, mais ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une volont\u00e9 de prospecter&#8230; De l\u00e0 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper, il y a un gouffre de 20\/25 ans, pendant lesquelles une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 doit accepter des pertes financi\u00e8res r\u00e9currentes de la cr\u00e9ation de la mine. On est l\u00e0 dans le temps de l&rsquo;industrie lourde. L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de compte est la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. A l&rsquo;heure actuelle, dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie financi\u00e8re, personne n&rsquo;accepte de voir \u00e0 25 ans d&rsquo;\u00e2ge. Seule une intervention gouvernementale, des accords inter-\u00e9tatiques, comme dans le cadre des contrats de 25 ans pour le gaz permettrait de d\u00e9velopper la ressource.<br \/>Donc, il faut voir le choix de notre nouveau pr\u00e9sident pour l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.betapolitique.fr\/spip.php?breve0657\">Epr<\/a> comme il se doit : croquignol. On ne sait m\u00eame pas si on arrivera \u00e0 nourrir les centrales existantes. Ou plut\u00f4t, on le sait, d&rsquo;ici dix ans, on court au collapsus.
