On peut faire les remarques suivantes :<br \/>&#8211; les pannes \u00e9lectriques, et un non-red\u00e9marrage d\u00e9finitif des r\u00e9seaux semble aller \u00e0 l&rsquo;encontre du d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables (grande autoconsommation). Pour ce qui est de l&rsquo;effondrement de la civilisation, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait dans un certain nombres de pays, qui se r\u00e9sument \u00e0 des guerres d&rsquo;exterminations autour de ressources naturelles, l&rsquo;AK 47 ayant remplac\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9p\u00e9e.<br \/>D&rsquo;autres pays ont opt\u00e9s pour une politique forte de renouvelable. En cas de crise, notamment, le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9olien risque vraiment d&rsquo;\u00eatre anarchique, m\u00eame si c&rsquo;est avec un mat\u00e9riel archa\u00efque, cela n&rsquo;a rien de compliqu\u00e9. De m\u00eame, la retomb\u00e9e au niveau 1930, avec le niveau de renouvelabe actuel,&nbsp; n&rsquo;a rien du retour \u00e0 la pr\u00e9histoire.<br \/>Mais, il est clair aussi, que le d\u00e9couplage peut \u00eatre la r\u00eagle : la r\u00e9gression de certains \u00e0 des civilisations agricoles, le maintien d&rsquo;autres \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Ce qui est possible, si l&rsquo;on part vite et bien dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie du renouvelable.
