Tata motors, le constructeur indien d\u00e9sormais &quot; va soutenir la fin du d\u00e9veloppement et l&rsquo;optimisation de la technologie pour une application sous licence en Inde&quot;.<br \/>D\u00e9sormais, certains pays de l&rsquo;ocde \u00e9tait d\u00e9ficitaire, vis \u00e0 vis de l&rsquo;inde et de la chine en bien de haute technologie (Usa, GB, Espagne), et on voyait une perc\u00e9e significative de la recherche dans certains secteurs, au moins en Chine.<br \/><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il est difficile de dire si Tata arrivera \u00e0 quoi que ce soit avec le moteur \u00e0 air comprim\u00e9 (il est probable que non), mais d\u00e9sormais, l&rsquo;initiative de la recherche n&rsquo;est plus fonci\u00e8rement occidental. Il est bien loin le temps ou Tata copiait des Austin des ann\u00e9es 30 et 40&#8230;<br \/>Le plus fondamental en cette histoire est que les grandes firmes europ\u00e9ennes, sont de plus en plus des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s financi\u00e8res sans comp\u00e9tences techniques, incapables d&rsquo;envisager un avenir et de risquer le moindre argent dans l&rsquo;aventure (toujours risqu\u00e9) de la recherche.<br \/>La recherche est de plus une affaire de long terme, de savoir faire technique. J&rsquo;avais racont\u00e9 sur ce blog, l&rsquo;histoire de plombiers chauffagistes qui reconstituaient l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de l&rsquo;alambic, du plus primitif, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 inventer (et reinventer \u00e0 travers les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations) la chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 condensation.
