Le solde de la demande est assur\u00e9 par les stocks, civils et militaires, par le retraitement, mais on voit mal dans cette configuration, voir le d\u00e9lire de certains se r\u00e9aliser (4000 voire 8000 centrales nucl\u00e9aires). Sans le d\u00e9sarmement cons\u00e9cutif \u00e0 la fin de la guerre froide (il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu de d\u00e9sarmer 90 % du stock d&rsquo;armes, mais je rassure les bellicistes, ce qui reste est amplement suffisant, et m\u00eame surabondant si l&rsquo;on en croit<a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dwight_David_Eisenhower\"> Eisenhower <\/a>en 1961), qu&rsquo;en serait il des stocks actuellement ?<br \/>Surtout que les nouvelles du r\u00e9acteur Epr en construction en Finlande ne sont pas bonne&#8230; 18 mois, voire 3 ans de retard&#8230; Une paille. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ce qu&rsquo;on a oubli\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;affaire nucl\u00e9aire, notamment en France (on a b\u00e2ti, trop, trop vite), c&rsquo;est que toute aventure industrielle est une aventure longue&#8230; On constitue des \u00e9quipes, il faut leur donner du travail (m\u00eame peu), constamment, renouveller les connaissances, assurer le renouvellement des \u00e9quipes, le passage des connaissances existantes&#8230; Rien de cela n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait fait&#8230; Et b\u00e2tir une centrale, ce n&rsquo;est pas une &quot;petite t\u00e2che&quot;, ne serait-ce qu&rsquo;au niveau du b\u00e2timent.
