Voila pourquoi.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;institut <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieer.org\/ensec\/frncmain.html\">IEER<\/a>, une \u00e9tude parue le 4\/05\/2006, la France peut :<br \/>&#8211; sortir du nucleaire en 40 ans et r\u00e9duire ses emissions de CO2 de 40 %.
