Pour ceux qui veulent se lancer dans la construction d&rsquo;un chalet \u00e0 la montagne ou en plaine, le concept d&rsquo;une <a href=\"http:\/\/biohabitat.forumactif.com\/index.htm\">cabane bioclimatique<\/a> peut solutionner bien des probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, comme nous l&rsquo;explique <a href=\"mailto:daniel.pecqueur@9online.fr\">Daniel Pecquer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Une maison autonome de plein pied en ossature bois de 100m2 habitables, peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 un prix raisonnable et de tr\u00e8s bonne qualit\u00e9 de construction de la mani\u00e8re suivante:<\/p>\n<p>Commencez par r\u00e9aliser un radier, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire une dalle de b\u00e9ton coffr\u00e9 au dimension de la maison. Pr\u00e9voyez toute les sortie et les entr\u00e9es des eaux us\u00e9es et eau potable, ainsi que l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9 des c\u00e2bles \u00e9lectriques et du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone par des r\u00e9servations dans le radier. Quand cela est possible, mettre en place le chauffage au sol sur un isolant de 4 cm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. Cela donne la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser une chape s\u00e8che. Le plancher ou le carrelage se met directement en place sur ce support. L&rsquo;ossature bois va venir ce placer sur le pourtour de ce radier. L&rsquo; ossature recevant une isolation de 140 mm dans les murs &quot;ouate de cellulose&quot; et 250 mm dans la toiture &quot;ouate de cellulose&quot;. Les murs ext\u00e9rieurs pourrons recevoir plusieurs finition bois canexel fibrociment ou de la pierre reconstitu\u00e9. Les murs int\u00e9rieurs du placo farmacel lambris ou des panneaux bois. La r\u00e9alisation du sanitaire se fera en PE. Les appareills seront de bonne qualit\u00e9. L&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec du c\u00e2ble sans gaine, qui passe dans les murs et le plafond. Le toit sera recouvert de bardeaux d&rsquo;asphalte garantis \u00e0 vie. Ce mat\u00e9riaux permet de faire les noues et les arr\u00e9tiers tr\u00e8s facilement. Pr\u00e9voyez au moment ou le terrassier est sur le chantier de creus\u00e9 pour recevoir 1 cuves de 7000l pour recevoir les eaux de pluie. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de filtration et de tube ultraviolet compl\u00e9tera cette installation. L&rsquo;architecture sera personnalis\u00e9 il sera pr\u00e9vu un pan de toit orient\u00e9 plein sud pour recevoir les panneaux photovolta\u00efques de 3 kW en cr\u00e8te et les panneaux pour l&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire. Enfin, diff\u00e9rents types de chauffage peuvent se concevoir sans plomb\u00e9 le budget. La vente des kW \u00e0 l&rsquo;EDF permet de pr\u00e9voir un chauffage \u00e9lectrique pompe \u00e0 chaleur, Air-air et air eau. Une chemin\u00e9e bois peut suffire \u00e0 chauffer ce type de construction. La r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un puit Canadien ou puit proven\u00e7al coupl\u00e9 avec une VMC double flux compl\u00e9tera l&rsquo;installation. Une construction de ce type r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en partie en auto construction peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer tr\u00e8s \u00e9conomique, \u00e0 la construction et \u00e0 la vie de tous les jours.
