La reprise des productions de certaines unit\u00e9s aura bien lieu un jour, mais personne ne peut pr\u00e9juger du cadencement de ces reprises qui d\u00e9pendront des d\u00e9cisions des autorit\u00e9s des Pr\u00e9fectures locales. Bien s\u00fbr une telle situation \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 est un handicap lourd pour la sant\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie japonaise et pour le confort des populations qui vont conna\u00eetre des d\u00e9lestages \u00ab\u00a0volontaires\u00a0\u00bb aux p\u00e9riodes les plus chaudes et humides de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Pour limiter la p\u00e9nurie toutes les centrales classiques \u00e0 flamme du pays vont \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9es en br\u00fblant du gaz naturel, du charbon et du p\u00e9trole ou autres fuel lourds pour arriver \u00e0 produire dans les 905 TWh en 2012, tr\u00e8s en retraits par rapport aux 942 TWh produits en 2010, avant le tsunami.<\/p>\n<p>Le Japon rejoint ainsi involontairement la Chine et l&rsquo;Inde parmi les nations asiatiques les plus consommatrices d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie fossile. Compte tenu du parc existant de centrales thermiques, ce sont les importations japonaises de gaz naturel qui vont le plus augmenter pour assurer la jointure, suivies par celles de p\u00e9trole puis de charbon. Le Japon est donc appel\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre durablement un des gros consommateurs asiatiques de gaz naturel.<\/p>\n<p>Outre ses engagements d&rsquo;achats de gaz en provenance de Russie ou d&rsquo;Australie, illustr\u00e9 par le d\u00e9veloppement du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.total.com\/fr\/groupe\/actualites\/actualites-820005.html&amp;idActu=2713\" target=\"_blank\">gisement d&rsquo;Ichtys par Inpex et Total<\/a>, le Japon travaille activement pour les prochaines d\u00e9cennies, \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte et \u00e0 la possible mise en exploitation de gisements d&rsquo;hydrate de m\u00e9thane sous les fonds oc\u00e9aniques.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451b18369e2016761584883970b-pi\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e2016761584883970b\" style=\"width: 220px; margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px;\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2016761584883970b-250wi.jpg\" alt=\"Fosse de Nanka\u00ef\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re phase conduite entre 2001 et 2010 de nombreux gisements d&rsquo;hydrates ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s. La phase 2 du projet va se concr\u00e9tiser en 2012 par un essai d&rsquo;exploitation d&rsquo;une semaine d&rsquo;un gisement au large du Japon dans<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nankai_Trough_gas_hydrate_site\" target=\"_blank\"> la fosse de Nanka\u00ef<\/a>. Il devrait \u00eatre suivi en 2014 sur une p\u00e9riode plus longue de test.
