Le principe est simple, c&rsquo;est la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nirgal.net\/glace.html\"><\/a>&nbsp; calories dans la terre par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire d&rsquo;un fluide qui chauffe la maison (par un plancher chauffant) et produit l&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire.<br \/>Le cop (coefficient de performance) atteint 4, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire que pour chaque calorie consomm\u00e9 (electricit\u00e9) il en produit 4.<br \/>C&rsquo;est un chauffage \u00e9lectrique tr\u00e8s am\u00e9lior\u00e9, et compatible avec une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enercoop.fr\/\">production individuelle d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/a><br \/>C&rsquo;est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre la meilleure solution, m\u00eame si c&rsquo;est la plus usit\u00e9e.<br \/>pourquoi est elle la plus utilis\u00e9e ?<br \/>C&rsquo;est simple, les chauffagistes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thermeco.com\/thermie\/\"><\/a> savent le faire et dispose ais\u00e9ment d&rsquo;engins de chantiers pour le r\u00e9aliser.<br \/>On enterre des capteurs \u00e0 1.5 m\u00e9tres (le gel est \u00e0 80 cm) sur une surface \u00e9gale au minimum \u00e0 1.5 fois la surface chauff\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cette solution souffre de certaines tares.<br \/>En effet, le pelletage co\u00fbte cher et peut \u00eatre \u00e0 recommencer rapidement.<br \/>EXplications : le sol bouge, ondule et m\u00eame si les tremblements de terre sont rares en France, ils ne sont pas inexistants, et tr\u00e8s rapidement le captage peut \u00eatre hors service, alors la pac se transforme en chauffage \u00e9lectrique classique, gouffre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<br \/>Sur longue dur\u00e9e, il y a toutes les chances que ce captage souffre de ce genre de probl\u00e8me.<br \/>Autre probl\u00e8me constat\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment, la formation de permafrost. En effet, il arrive souvent que le terrain utilis\u00e9 soit trop petit. L&rsquo;utilisation du sol est alors impossible pour n&rsquo;importe quel usage.<br \/>Le sol peut aussi se dess\u00e9cher, le captage l&rsquo;\u00e9puisant, et en calories et au niveau hydrique.
