Le probl\u00e8me de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie nucl\u00e9aire en France, c&rsquo;est independamment qu&rsquo;elle existe ou pas, un probl\u00e8me de dimensionnement.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7u au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1970, le parc <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iaea.org\/Publications\">\u00e9lectro-nucl\u00e9aire<\/a> en France avait \u00e9t\u00e9 largement surdimensionn\u00e9, on pr\u00e9voyait alors de l&rsquo;ordre de 80 \u00e0 100 centrales, on s&rsquo;est arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 54 en 1983, pour la bonne raison que l&rsquo;on ne savait pas quoi faire de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite.<br \/>On a donc atteint un total de 80 % de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite par la fili\u00e8re \u00e9lectro-nucl\u00e9aire, alors que m\u00eame parmi les plus chauds partisans du programme, on convient en off qu&rsquo;au dela de 50 % ce n&rsquo;est ni utile, ni souhaitable (le nucl\u00e9aire n&rsquo;est rentable qu&rsquo;en base et non en semi base).<br \/>On a fait donc des erreurs &quot;compl\u00e9mentaires&quot;, qui consistaient \u00e0 exporter \u00e0 des conditions \u00e9conomiques tr\u00e8s d\u00e9favorables le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.batirenover.com\">courant \u00e9lectrique<\/a>.
