{"id":4545,"date":"2006-11-02T23:01:38","date_gmt":"2006-11-02T23:01:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/2006\/11\/02\/la-pile-combust\/"},"modified":"2012-07-12T09:45:29","modified_gmt":"2012-07-12T09:45:29","slug":"la-pile-combust","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/2006\/11\/02\/la-pile-combust\/","title":{"rendered":"La pile \u00e0 combustible en comp\u00e9tition automobile, l&rsquo;histoire de Polyjoule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\"  alt=\"Img_1726\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/img_1726.jpg\" style=\"margin: 5px;float: left;width: 250px;height: 167px\" \/>Depuis bient\u00f4t trois ans, le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shell.com\/home\/Framework?siteId=eco-marathon-en\">Shell Eco marathon<\/a>, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre course d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, subit une mutation.<br \/> Mutation initi\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9cole polytechnique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Zurich et son fameux <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paccar.ethz.ch\/\">PAC CAR<\/a> (pile \u00e0 combustible), ce v\u00e9hicule d\u00e9tient le record du monde de consommation depuis deux ans(3863 kms\/ litre d&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent SP95 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur le circuit de Nogaro et 5385 kms\/l sur le circuit Michelin \u00e0 Ladoux). Record qu&rsquo;elle a subtilis\u00e9 de belle mani\u00e8re au Lyc\u00e9e La Joliverie de Nantes&nbsp; (3410 kms\/l \u00e0 Nogaro en v\u00e9hicule essence) qui poss\u00e8de \u00e0 son palmar\u00e8s pr\u00e8s de 13 victoires. La pile \u00e0 combustible est alors devenue le nouveau mode de propulsion \u00e9conomique et peu polluant. <\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2005, des \u00e9tudiants de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole Polytechnique de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Nantes ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de montrer qu&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe fran\u00e7aise pouvait revenir au premier plan de la pile \u00e0 combustible.<br \/>C&rsquo;est donc apr\u00e8s un an de recherche de sponsors et partenaires (plus gros budget du Shell Eco marathon 2006) que l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.polyjoule.org\/\">Polyjoule <\/a>se cr\u00e9e, elle nait de la collaboration de deux \u00e9tablissements: Polytech&rsquo;Nantes pour la propulsion et La Joliverie pour le v\u00e9hicule. C&rsquo;est donc un projet enti\u00e8rement g\u00e9r\u00e9 par des \u00e9tudiants. <\/p>\n<p>Le v\u00e9hicule utilis\u00e9 est donc celui du lyc\u00e9e La Joliverie qui fut champion <img decoding=\"async\"  alt=\"100_0429\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/100_0429.jpg\" style=\"margin: 5px;float: right\" \/>de nombreuse fois.<br \/>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la propulsion, l&rsquo;\u00e9cole Polytechnique est divis\u00e9e en deux p\u00f4les, le p\u00f4le pile \u00e0 combustible \u00e0 Nantes et le p\u00f4le moteur \u00e0 Saint Nazaire. <br \/>La technologie utilis\u00e9e est une pile \u00e0 combustible de type PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane) de 500W modifi\u00e9e et optimis\u00e9e par les \u00e9tudiants pour atteindre un rendement en sortie de pile de pr\u00e8s de 55-60%. Ce type de pile est celui utilis\u00e9 par l&rsquo;industrie automobile dans le monde entier, les PEMFC fonctionnent autour de 60\u00b0C avec de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne pur et de l&rsquo;air ambiant, ce qui est id\u00e9al pour une utilisation mobile.<br \/>Le tout est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une \u00e9lectronique de puissance et de commande cr\u00e9e au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole pour un rendement de 90%. <br \/>On obtient alors un rendement \u00e0 la roue proche des 40% qui est de loin sup\u00e9rieur au moteur thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Tout ce travail a permis \u00e0 Polyjoule de mener le Shell Eco Marathon durant tout le week-end \u00e0 Nogaro, ce qui est un exploit pour une premi\u00e8re participation. Il se sont vu d\u00e9tr\u00f4ne par leur confr\u00e8re de La Joliverie qui ont repris la t\u00eate en fin de comp\u00e9tition. Le r\u00e9sultat final a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 2730 kms\/l d&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent SP95 pour Polyjoule.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\"  alt=\"100_0606\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/100_0606.jpg\" style=\"margin: 5px;float: left\" \/>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d\u00e9veloppe cette ann\u00e9e une pile et une \u00e9lectronique enti\u00e8rement maison avec un concept novateur mais secret afin de rester en t\u00eate de la comp\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n<p>Le Shell Eco marathon 2007 est donc plac\u00e9 sous le signe de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne et le challenge risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre de haut niveau face \u00e0 des \u00e9quipes comme l&rsquo;ESSTIN (France) ou l&rsquo;Hoschschule Offenburg (Allemagne) tout aussi motiv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Rendez-vous les 11, 12 et 13 mai 2007 sur le circuit de Nogaro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis bient\u00f4t trois ans, le Shell Eco marathon, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre course d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, subit une mutation.
