{"id":4547,"date":"2006-10-22T23:42:31","date_gmt":"2006-10-22T23:42:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/2006\/10\/22\/contrat-de-2900\/"},"modified":"2012-07-12T09:45:22","modified_gmt":"2012-07-12T09:45:22","slug":"contrat-de-2900","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/2006\/10\/22\/contrat-de-2900\/","title":{"rendered":"contrat de 2900 piles \u00e0 combustible"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/lifttrucks_hypacks.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\"  class=\"image-full\" alt=\"Lifttrucks_hypacks\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/lifttrucks_hypacks.jpg\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px;float: left\" \/><\/a>L&rsquo;annonce date du 10 octobre2006:<br \/>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ballard.com\/\">Ballard Power System<\/a> (premier fabricant mondial de piles \u00e0 combustible) vient de signer un accord avec l&rsquo;industriel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.generalhydrogen.com\/\">General Hydrogen Corporation<\/a> pour une commande de <strong>2900<\/strong> piles \u00e0 combustible (pour environ 22 millions de dollars, soit 17,4 millions d&rsquo;euro).<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est la plus grosse commande de piles \u00e0 combustible en vue d&rsquo;utilisation industrielle. <br \/>Ces piles \u00e0 combustible vont \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es dans des chariots de manutention, en remplacement de leurs batteries plomb-acide.<br \/>Les piles auront une puissance de 4 \u00e0 20kW, et d\u00e9livrables en 2007 pour le premier quart de la commande et 2008 pour le reste.<\/p>\n<p>Cette commande fait suite \u00e0 des tests d&rsquo;utilisation en conditions r\u00e9elles qui se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s concluants: du point de vue de l&rsquo;utilisateur, les piles \u00e0 combustible offrent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tension constante de la pile \u00e0 combustible, donc pas de perte de performance durant l&rsquo;utilisation (contrairement aux batteries qui n&rsquo;ont plus de &quot;p\u00eache&quot; lorsqu&rsquo;elles commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre vides)&nbsp; <\/li>\n<li>Dans le volume anciennement n\u00e9cessaire aux batteries, on peut loger une pile et un r\u00e9servoir contenant 3 fois plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Le chariot peut donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 3 fois plus longtemps, donc moins de temps perdu pour faire le plein (ou changer le pack de batteries)&nbsp; <\/li>\n<li>Il n&rsquo;y a plus de batteries \u00e0 changer, ni \u00e0 charger, ni \u00e0 stoker (gain de place et de maintenance). Pour un chariot \u00e0 batteries plomb, il faut compter 3 packs de batteries par chariot: 2 packs en charge, 1 en utilisation.&nbsp; <\/li>\n<li>Le remplissage du r\u00e9servoir se fait par le conducteur, en quelques minutes, donc pas de personnel d\u00e9di\u00e9 au changement des batteries (tr\u00e8s lourdes \u00e0 manipuler).
