A la fin 2009 il y avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 2GW de puissance \u00e9olienne offshore install\u00e9e nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le l&#039;EWEA dans son document consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 ce th\u00e8me (FIG.). Elle en pr\u00e9voit un de plus pour la fin 2010 et affirme que des autorisations sont accord\u00e9es sur les c\u00f4tes europ\u00e9ennes pour pouvoir implanter jusqu&#039;\u00e0 16 GW au del\u00e0 des 3,5 GW en cours de construction. Il faut prendre les valeurs avanc\u00e9es par cette institution pour les horizons 2020 ou 2030 avec beaucoup suspicion, l&#039;avancement des programmes \u00e9tant fortement d\u00e9pendant des aides d&#039;\u00e9tats, du contexte \u00e9conomique et des moyens op\u00e9rationnels lourds disponibles pour construire et implanter de tels moulins \u00e0 vent dont la taille unitaire va aller en grossissant. Pour l&#039;horizon 2030, l&#039;AWEA parle de 130 GW install\u00e9s, alors que Siemens ne parle que de 70 GW (<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/siemens-le-parc-offshore-eolien-europeen-devrait-atteindre-les-70-gw-et-produire-annuellement-250-tw.html_.png\" title=\"Siemens offshore\">LIRE<\/a>). J&#039;aurais plut\u00f4t tendance \u00e0 croire dans la projection de Siemens qui a d\u00fb s\u00fbrement int\u00e9grer que l&#039;\u00e9olien offshore plut\u00f4t nordique, entrerait en comp\u00e9tition avec les solutions photovolta\u00efques du sud de l&#039;Europe par exemple. Ce march\u00e9 est pour l&#039;instant domin\u00e9 par <strong><span>Siemens<\/span><\/strong> qui a install\u00e9 70% de la puissance en 2009 suivi de <strong><span>Vestas<\/span><\/strong> avec 19%, <strong><span>Win-Wind<\/span><\/strong> qui a atteint 5% et la filiale allemande d&#039;AREVA, <strong><span>Multibrid<\/span><\/strong>, qui a \u00e9galement install\u00e9 5% de la puissance. Les d\u00e9veloppeurs leaders ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#039;\u00e9lectricien n\u00e9erlandais <strong><span>Dong<\/span><\/strong> (54%) alli\u00e9 \u00e0 Siemens (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2009\/12\/iemens-et-le-danois-dong-energy-forment-un-duo-de-choc-dans-l%C3%A9olien-offshore.html\" title=\"Dong-Siemens\">LIRE<\/a>)&#160;et les allemands <strong><span>E-On<\/span><\/strong> (17%) et <strong><span>RWE<\/span><\/strong> (16%).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451b18369e20128776158a8970c-pi\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Offshore-europe-2000-2009\" class=\"asset asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e20128776158a8970c \" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e20128776158a8970c-450wi.jpg\" \/><\/a>&#160;<\/p>\n<p>&#160;La taille moyenne des \u00e9oliennes qui \u00e9tait de 2,9 MW en 2009 va avoir tendance \u00e0 grossir dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir avec les nouveaux standards de 3,6 MW de Siemens et Vestas, mais aussi avec les nouveaux venus dans les 5MW avec <strong><span>REpower<\/span><\/strong> et Multibrid et les futurs \u00e9quipements de 6MW ou 7,5 MW envisag\u00e9s respectivement par REpower et <strong><span>Clipper<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;En dehors de l&#039;Europe, le Canada (Colombie Britannique) et les Etats-Unis pourraient permettre aux constructeurs europ\u00e9ens d&#039;exporter leurs technologies.
