A cette occasion le japonais <strong><span>Dome Co<\/span><\/strong> sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans le design et la r\u00e9alisation de voitures de comp\u00e9tition, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 tout simplement une voiture hybride Insight de <strong><span>Honda<\/span><\/strong> partiellement all\u00e9g\u00e9e, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des parties de v\u00e9hicules r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en composite fibre de carbone. Pour ce constructeur, ces mat\u00e9riaux composites fibre de carbone permettent \u00e0 la fois d&#039;all\u00e9ger les v\u00e9hicules mais aussi d&#039;optimiser leur coefficient de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration dans l&#039;air. Il revendique de pouvoir faire passer la masse d&#039;une roue en aluminium de 8,1 kg \u00e0 4,5kg. Celle d&#039;un pare-choc en r\u00e9sine de 6,3 kg \u00e0 3,1kg. Celle d&#039;une porte de 14 kg \u00e0 5,5 kg (FIG.).
