Il tend \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ses productions en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, contr\u00e9e encore largement sous \u00e9quip\u00e9e en modules photovolta\u00efques domestiques de hautes performances. Ces \u00e9quipements sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper avec la pression environnementale et l&#039;\u00e9volution des r\u00e8glementations qui autorisent, par exemple, comme en Californie, \u00e0 revendre le surplus de courant produit aux Compagnies distributrices. Pour assurer ce d\u00e9veloppement am\u00e9ricain, Sanyo vient d&#039;ouvrir une nouvelle usine de production de lingots de silicium et de wafers \u00e0 Salem dans l&#039;Oregon qui devrait produire 70MW de ce produit interm\u00e9diaire par an en 2010. En parall\u00e8le, il annonce l&#039;ouverture d&#039;une usine de production de modules \u00e0 Monterrey, au Mexique, qui pourra produire jusqu&#039;\u00e0 50 MW de modules.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;Produire les wafers aux Etats-Unis, r\u00e9aliser l&#039;\u00e9tape cl\u00e9, \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e, de production des cellules photovolta\u00efques en technologie HIT, selon un processus complexe, exclusivement au Japon, puis d\u00e9localiser au Mexique ou en Hongrie la production des modules qui demandent beaucoup de main d&#039;oeuvre: telle est la strat\u00e9gie industrielle de Sanyo pour atteindre 600MW de capacit\u00e9 de production en 2010. Ceci permet d&#039;optimiser les co\u00fbts, de gagner le statut de producteur national am\u00e9ricain, tout en conservant la ma\u00eetrise des \u00e9volutions technologiques dans les grands ateliers japonais assurant des productions complexes \u00e0 tr\u00e8s grandes cadences.
