Selon cet accord Lockheed Martin apportera \u00e0 OPT son exp\u00e9rience dans l&#039;int\u00e9gration des syst\u00e8mes, dans les m\u00e9thodes de production et dans l&#039;optimisation de la technologie de ces capteurs d&#039;\u00e9nergie des vagues que constituent les PowerBuoy. Cette alliance a pour objectif de permettre aux deux Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de d\u00e9ployer une offre commerciale en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e20120a5e42995970b-pi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"OPT-vagues\" class=\"asset asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e20120a5e42995970b \" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e20120a5e42995970b-450wi.jpg\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Ces syst\u00e8mes bas\u00e9s sur la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration inertielle de l&#039;effet de yo-yo cr\u00e9\u00e9 par les vagues p\u00e2tissent de faiblesses majeures auxquelles il faut rem\u00e9dier pour rendre la solution financi\u00e8rement acceptable. La premi\u00e8re est la faible puissance nominale d&#039;une bou\u00e9e. Aujourd&#039;hui OPT propose un prototype de 150 kW de puissance \u00e9lectrique, d&#039;apr\u00e8s ce constructeur il pourrait faire \u00e9voluer la technologie pour atteindre 500 kW de puissance unitaire. La cons\u00e9quence de cette faible puissance unitaire est un investissement \u00e9lev\u00e9 rapport\u00e9 au MW install\u00e9. Le montant qu&#039;OPT voudrait atteindre sur des productions industrielles est de 4M$ par MW, c&#039;est deux fois le prix des r\u00e9centes transactions sur l&#039;\u00e9olien offshore. Le facteur de charge estim\u00e9 \u00e0 30 \u00e0 45% selon le lieu d&#039;implantation des bou\u00e9es, est du m\u00eame ordre de grandeur que celui de l&#039;\u00e9olien offshore en Mer du Nord qui calcule ses productions sur 3500 heures par an, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 un facteur de charge de 40%. Enfin le raccordement d&#039;un champ de bou\u00e9es \u00e0 la terre et la conversion de l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique en un courant acceptable par le r\u00e9seau n&#039;est pas une mince affaire qui ne se justifie que pour des puissances de plusieurs dizaines ou centaines de MW.<\/p>\n<p>C&#039;est donc une \u00e9quation complexe qui doit \u00eatre abord\u00e9e dans sa globalit\u00e9. L&#039;appui de Lockheed Martin qui vient ainsi faire un peu de greenwashing, ne sera pas de trop pour aider OPT aux Etats-Unis.
