Toutes les autres options qui concernent le transport ou l&#039;isolement des foyers sont des plus louables, mais elles pr\u00e9sentent un inconv\u00e9nient majeur: leur mise en place, n\u00e9cessitant la r\u00e9novation \u00e0 grands frais d&#039;un parc existant, est TRES LENTE. Dans une Europe soi-disant \u00e0 la pointe de la lutte contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, seule \u00e0 ma connaissance la Grande-Bretagne a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un projet de plan de d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement de ses centrales au charbon (<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/les-industriels-britanniques-proposent-un-autre-mix-de-generation-de-courant-pour-2030.html_.png\" title=\"Plan UK\">LIRE<\/a>). Ils seront ferm\u00e9s en 2010. Alors, ce seront, dit le communiqu\u00e9 du Minist\u00e8re de l&#039;Energie, 40% de la capacit\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration au charbon qui auront \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9s depuis 2003. L&#039;objectif ultime est de stopper ou de reconvertir les 11 g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs encore en activit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire globalement ainsi les \u00e9missions annuelles de la Province de <strong><span>30 millions de&#160;tonnes de CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;&#160; Les citoyens europ\u00e9ens attendent que la Commission initie l&#039;\u00e9laboration d&#039;un plan \u00e9quivalent avec les pays membres.
