Info d&#039;une grande banalit\u00e9. Mais il m&#039;est apparu int\u00e9ressant de comparer ces r\u00e9coltes \u00e0 d&#039;autres sources de biocarburants et aux fermes photovolta\u00efques (<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/comparons-la-puissance-specifique-de-la-ferme-photovoltaique-du-lauzet-a-dautres-options-vertes.html_.png\" title=\"Le Lauzet\">LIRE<\/a>). On peut tout d&#039;abord noter que le volume d&#039;huile produit \u00e0 l&#039;hectare (d=0.92) est de <strong><span>3800 litres par an<\/span><\/strong>, un peu plus de 10 litres par jour et par hectare! Ce rendement est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des palmes de Malaisie qui produisent en moyenne 5300 litres\/ha\/an et dont des s\u00e9lections clon\u00e9es devraient atteindre des rendements de 9800 litres\/ha\/an. Converties en \u00e9nergie sur la base de 11 kWh\/kg, ces r\u00e9coltes de Jatropha vont produire sous forme d&#039;huile <strong><span>38500 kWh\/ha\/an<\/span><\/strong> ce qui les place sensiblement \u00e0 hauteur des productions d&#039;alcool de canne \u00e0 sucre br\u00e9siliennes qui avec 6000 litres\/ha d\u00e9passent les 35000 kWh\/ha\/an. En divisant ces \u00e9nergies annuelles par 8760 heures et en les exprimant au m<sup>2<\/sup>, il est possible de comparer cette &quot;puissance de biocarburant&quot; \u00e0 l&#039;irradiance solaire moyenne qui est de 341,5 W\/m2 (FIG.).<\/p>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; &#160;On constate que les rendements de conversion sont tr\u00e8s faibles. Heureusement, il reste les tourteaux pour le paysan, ce qui am\u00e9liore le maigre bilan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
