Ces centrales accepteront bien s\u00fbr une part de biomasse dans la partie amont de gaz\u00e9ification qui produit l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne. <\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Le choix&#160;du mix id\u00e9al sera diff\u00e9rent pour chacun des pays, compte tenu de sa situation&#160;g\u00e9ographie, de&#160;ses ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques naturelles et de son histoire \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Certains comme la Su\u00e8de ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 leur choix avec un mix hydro\u00e9lectrique-nucl\u00e9aire (<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/les-prix-de-lelectricite-en-europe-illustrent-les-choix-energetiques-de-chacun-des-etats.html_.png\" title=\"mix \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques\">LIRE<\/a>). La France a pratiquement termin\u00e9 le sien avec le&#160;nucl\u00e9aire et l&#039;hydro\u00e9lectrique&#160;comme bases. Il ne lui reste&#160;plus&#160;qu&#039;\u00e0 remplacer&#160;ses&#160;centrales \u00e0 charbon par des centrales \u00e0 gaz&#160;et \u00e0 monter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en puissance en renouvelable pour \u00eatre clean (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2009\/06\/quelques-id%C3%A9es-simples-pour-les-partis-politiques-d%C3%A9sirant-faire-du-greenwashing.html\" title=\"la fin des centrales \u00e0 charbon en France\">LIRE<\/a>). Certains ont fait des choix \u00e0 rebrousse-poil comme celui de l&#039;Allemagne et la fermeture de ses centrales nucl\u00e9aires, qui ne peut conduire qu&#039;\u00e0 une impasse. Enfin certains comme la Grande-Bretagne sont en plein d\u00e9bats.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d83451b18369e2011571fcea17970b-pi\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Electric-mix-UK-2030\" class=\"at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e2011571fcea17970b \" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2011571fcea17970b-450wi.jpg\" \/><\/a>&#160;<span><\/span><span><\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; La &quot;Confederation of British Industry&quot;, s&#039;appuyant sur une \u00e9tude de McKinsey, vient de faire une contre-proposition au sch\u00e9ma gouvernemental (FIG., graphique du haut)&#160;g\u00e9n\u00e9ral&#160;d&#039;\u00e9volution du mix \u00e9lectrique britannique d&#039;ici \u00e0 2030. Cette proposition appel\u00e9e &quot;balanced pathway&quot; (FIG., graphique du bas) propose pour des questions essentiellement de ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts de l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique et d&#039;atteinte de l&#039;objectif d&#039;\u00e9mission de CO2 en 2030,&#160;d&#039;accro\u00eetre la part&#160;du nucl\u00e9aire aux d\u00e9pens de l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne et des centrales au gaz naturel. Cette \u00e9tude pr\u00e9conise de r\u00e9duire l&#039;objectif de consommation d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 400 TWh en 2030 ce qui repr\u00e9sente une quasi&#160;stagnation des consommations. Elle demande d&#039;investir plus dans le nucl\u00e9aire pour porter sa part de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en 2030 \u00e0 34% au lieu des 20% retenus \u00e0 ce jour. Les centrales au charbon \u00e9quip\u00e9es de CCS sont \u00e9galement encourag\u00e9es en portant leur part \u00e0 14% au lieu de 8% dans le sc\u00e9nario officiel. En cons\u00e9quence les besoins de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration au gaz naturel (16% au lieu de 36%) et \u00e9oliens (20% au lieu de 24%) d\u00e9croissent.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Pour la CBI ce programme plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec un montant d&#039;investissement identique au pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, les \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur le tr\u00e8s on\u00e9reux \u00e9olien et sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration au gaz&#160;finan\u00e7ant le surco\u00fbt de la plus grande proportion de nucl\u00e9aire (FIG.II). Dans ce nouveau sch\u00e9ma les investissements entre nucl\u00e9aire et \u00e9olien sont \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, autour de 40 milliards de Livres chacun.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2011571082e1b970c-pi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Electric-mix-UK-capital-cost\" class=\"at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e2011571082e1b970c \" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2011571082e1b970c-450wi.jpg\" \/><\/a>&#160;<\/p>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Ce d\u00e9bat d\u00e9mocratique au sein d&#039;un pays en retard sur son \u00e9volution \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est particuli\u00e8rement bienvenu. Il pose de bonnes questions sans id\u00e9ologie sur la recherche de l&#039;optimum \u00e9cologique et \u00e9conomique des choix retenus.
