A titre de comparaison la France a produit 418 TWh d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d&#039;origine nucl\u00e9aire en 2008. Mais la Chine a des plans ambitieux dans le domaine et d\u00e9sirerait m\u00eame les faire monter en puissance. D&#039;apr\u00e8s Zhang Guobao, le patron de la National Energy Administration, le plan de croissance de la puissance \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aire&#160;est en cours de r\u00e9vision, avec pour objectif de pouvoir&#160;le porter des 60 GWe pr\u00e9vus jusque l\u00e0, <span>\u00e0&#160;plus de 72 GWe en 2020<\/span>. A raison de 7,5 TWh d&#039;\u00e9nergie annuelle produite par GW (taux de charge de 86%) ce sont donc plus de 540 TWh d&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9le<span><\/span>ctronucl\u00e9aire dont la Chine disposerait \u00e0 cette date.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Les r\u00e9acteurs \u00e0 lancer d&#039;ici \u00e0 2016 seraient aux&#160;environs de 60, ce qui en tenant compte des 14 r\u00e9acteurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9s n\u00e9cessitera de maintenir ou de l\u00e9g\u00e8rement accro\u00eetre&#160;le rythme d&#039;engagement actuel. Pour les sp\u00e9cialistes, la Chine devrait standardiser ses productions autour du CPR-1000 fran\u00e7ais ou de l&#039;AP 1000 de Westinghouse qui seraient produits&#160;presque enti\u00e8rement&#160;par les industries locales chinoises.
