Le nouvel objectif d&#039;Henry Waxman de 20% de l&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d&#039;origine renouvelable en 2020 (<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/etatsunis-le-processus-delaboration-de-la-future-legislation-sur-les-emissions-de-co2-est-lance.html_.png\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Waxman project\">LIRE<\/a>), en consid\u00e9rant la part hydro\u00e9lectrique quasiment invariable (6%), suppose qu&#039;il faudra multiplier ce poste &quot;autres renouvelables&quot; par&#160;pr\u00e8s de 5 en onze ans&#160;pour atteindre l&#039;objectif \u00e0 consommation constante et donc par un coefficient sup\u00e9rieur (6 ou 7?)&#160;\u00e0 consommation croissante d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.
