Alors chaque industriel a sa recette secr\u00e8te de solvant qui doit \u00eatre peu volatil (adjonction d&#039;un groupe ionique), r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&#039;oxydation et \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie lors&#160;de la d\u00e9sorption&#160;du CO2 apr\u00e8s capture. <\/p>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; &#160; Alors <strong><span>Mitsubishi Heavy Industries<\/span><\/strong> utilise sa recette KS-1 qui semble \u00eatre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiquement en avance. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est largement utilis\u00e9 par MHI dans les unit\u00e9s de production d&#039;ur\u00e9e (NH2-CO-NH2)&#160;o\u00f9 le CO2 form\u00e9 lors de la production d&#039;Hydrog\u00e8ne est capt\u00e9 pour \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9 par la suite pour r\u00e9agir avec l&#039;ammoniac. MHI est en cours d&#039;\u00e9tude d&#039;une <span>unit\u00e9 de capture de CO2 de 3000T par an<\/span> qui doit capter les gaz issus de la centrale \u00e0 gaz de 420MW de la centrale de Karsto en Norv\u00e8ge. Dans ce pays la tonne de CO2 \u00e9mise co\u00fbte dans les 50$.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Siemens<\/span><\/strong> pour sa part va s&#039;attaquer \u00e0 la capture du CO2 d&#039;une <span>centrale \u00e0 gaz \u00e0 cycle combin\u00e9<\/span> de Statkraft, \u00e9galement en Norv\u00e8ge. Le probl\u00e8me est rendu complexe en raison d&#039;un flux gazeux \u00e0 faible teneur en CO2 et \u00e0 fort pouvoir oxydant. L&#039;unit\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnelle en 2011. L&#039;enjeu est tr\u00e8s important puisqu&#039;il permettrait \u00e0 Siemens de proposer des centrales \u00e0 gaz de tr\u00e8s bon rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et n&#039;\u00e9mettant que de tr\u00e8s faibles quantit\u00e9s de CO2 (<a href=\"http:\/\/w1.siemens.com\/press\/en\/pressrelease\/index.php?sheet=1\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Siemens-CCS\">LIRE<\/a> le communiqu\u00e9 de Siemens).<\/p>\n<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Enfin <strong><span>Alstom et Dow Chemical<\/span><\/strong> travaillent ensemble depuis 2008 pour d\u00e9velopper un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 base &quot;d&#039;amines avanc\u00e9es&quot;. Ils vont ensemble \u00e9quiper une chaudi\u00e8re au charbon dans une unit\u00e9 d&#039;Union Carbide aux Etats-Unis.
