La plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e chez nous est la menthe poivr\u00e9e qui accompagne de nombreux plats en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aufeminin.com\/w\/recettes-cuisine-ingredient-261\/menthe.html\">cuisine<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Peu d&rsquo;exigences pour cette plante vivace mais tout de m\u00eame un minimum d&rsquo;attentions doit lui \u00eatre accord\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;abord, il faut penser \u00e0 l&rsquo;installer au soleil car elle n&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie pas beaucoup l&rsquo;ombre, et puis il ne faut pas la laisser sans eau car la menthe est gourmande et aime \u00eatre bien arros\u00e9e. En effet, si la nature du sol ne la perturbe pas, par contre elle se plait dans les lieux un peu humides (mais quand m\u00eame pas d\u00e9tremp\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;elle est bien l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 plant\u00e9e, elle prolif\u00e8re et demande \u00e0 \u00eatre maitris\u00e9e car elle a tendance \u00e0 prendre ses aises et \u00e0 gagner du terrain.
