Vous pouvez faire germer des graines de :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

alfalfa, betterave rouge, chou brokoletti, chou rouge, cresson, fenugrec, lentille, poireau, roquette, ou encore tournesol en quelques jours, dans la cuisine. Vous allez pouvoir les d\u00e9guster crus dans les salades et pourquoi pas comme accompagnement dans les sandwichs ou tout simplement cuits en l\u00e9gumes d’accompagnement.<\/p>\n

Vous allez vous r\u00e9galer et \u00e9pater vos enfants qui en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral aiment bien croquer ces petits l\u00e9gumes ludiques.<\/p>\n

Cot\u00e9 pratique, un seul conseil, placer vos graines dans un plat plastique, propre (tr\u00e8s important pour \u00e9viter la moisissure), et vous n’avez plus qu’\u00e0 attendre. Vous verrez que les petits (et les grands) vont suivre tout le processus attentivement. La patience va r\u00e9compenser les… papilles.<\/p>\n
