\"Eglantine\"<\/a> Au fond du jardin, adoss\u00e9 au mur et au pistachier t\u00e9r\u00e9binthe<\/a> qui lui tient compagnie, il y a un \u00e9glantier bien vieux mais toujours florif\u00e8re.
Cet \u00e9glantier<\/a> est tr\u00e9s vigoureux, ses tiges arqu\u00e9es pourvues d’\u00e9pines recourb\u00e9es sont longues et s’entrem\u00ealent pour former un ensemble recouvert de fleurs \u00e0 la belle saison et de fruits rouges en automne. Les baies rouges<\/a> ( cynorrhodons) subsistent en hiver et donnent de la couleur \u00e0 ce coin de jardin qui sinon serait bien triste.<\/p>\n

C’est un rosier sauvage que l’on appelle aussi rosier des chiens, il pousse dans la nature et vous l’avez sans doute vu dans quelque endroit en vous baladant car il est souvent pr\u00e9sent au bord des chemins.<\/p>\n

Cet arbuste est tr\u00e9s rustique, se plait un peu partout et s’il est toujours dans mon jardin apr\u00e9s toutes ces ann\u00e9es c’est que je le trouve superbe! J’aime beaucoup ces fleurs \u00e0 5 p\u00e9tales de teinte tendre variant du rose au blanc, elles sont toutes simples et ont un parfum agr\u00e9able.
Sa croissance est rapide et demande \u00e0 \u00eatre maitris\u00e9e, aussi je manie le s\u00e9cateur r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement car les tiges ont tendance \u00e0 passer par dessus le mur pour aller voir derri\u00e8re ce qu’il s’y passe.<\/p>\n

A part \u00e7a je le laisse mener sa vie comme il l’entend et il ne demande rien car il est d’une robustesse l\u00e9gendaire, ce n’est pas pour rien qu’il est utilis\u00e9 en porte-greffe des rosiers cultiv\u00e9s.
Les baies sont comestibles<\/a> et on fait avec des confitures, des gel\u00e9es, des tisanes, des sirops…Riches en vitamines C , elles sont un bienfait pour la sant\u00e9.
Certains producteurs se sont lanc\u00e9s dans la culture des \u00e9glantiers pour leurs fruits mais ils sont tr\u00e9s peu nombreux en France.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
