Peut-\u00eatre la connaissez-vous sous son nom de barbe de bouc ?<\/p>\n<p>Tige longue et glabre atteignant les 70 cm, fleurs de bon diam\u00e8tre puisqu&rsquo;elles font bien 6 cm, voil\u00e0 une plante qui ne passe pas inaper\u00e7ue pendant la floraison et m\u00eame apr\u00e9s car les graines regroup\u00e9es en une grosse boule l\u00e9g\u00e8re sont aussi agr\u00e9ables \u00e0 regarder.<\/p>\n<p>Petite particularit\u00e9 de ce <a href=\"http:\/\/chezmarie.nuxit.net\/plantes\/salsifis.htm\">salsifis sauvage<\/a>, si vous voulez le photographier n&rsquo;attendez pas l&rsquo;apr\u00e9s-midi ce serait trop tard, il ouvre ses fleurs le matin et les referme en fin de matin\u00e9e. Je vous le dis, c&rsquo;est un original.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a beaucoup de <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine-des-fleurs.floralice.com\/fleurs-comestibles-ou-les-trouver.html\">plantes comestibles<\/a> dans la nature, le salsifis en fait partie tout comme la violette, l&rsquo;ortie, le pourpier, le pissenlit, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cuisiflor.com\/roquette.htm\">la roquette<\/a> si bonne en salade.<\/p>\n<p>Cette vivace bisannuelle fleurit de mai \u00e0 juin, si vous voulez vous r\u00e9galer de ses racines, il faut les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer bien avant la floraison au moment o\u00f9 elles sont les plus tendres. Crues ou cuites ces racines se cuisinent facilement. <br \/>Vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez <a href=\"http:\/\/yoann.hue.free.fr\/salsifi.html\">les boutons de fleurs<\/a>?
