Elle attire les abeilles ce qui fait qu&rsquo;elle est de bonne compagnie pour toutes les fleurs pollinis\u00e9es par ces insectes.<br \/>Au moyen Age, la bourrache servait de l\u00e9gume et \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9e pour soigner certaines maladies. Aujourd&rsquo;hui elle est cultiv\u00e9e pour son utilisation <a href=\"http:\/\/www.passeportsante.net\/fr\/Solutions\/PlantesSupplements\/Fiche.aspx?doc=bourrache_ps\">pharmacologique<\/a> et l&rsquo;huile extraite des graines a un grand pouvoir hydratant, elle permet de ralentir le vieillissement de la peau.<br \/>La bourrache est un l\u00e9gume quelque peu oubli\u00e9 et pourtant son go\u00fbt de concombre en fait un bon ingr\u00e9dient des salades.
