La mani\u00e8re la plus simple pour l’\u00e9valuer est de prendre une petite poign\u00e9e de terre et de la frotter dans vos mains.<\/p>\n

Il est friable, l\u00e9ger et sec : il est sableux<\/strong>. Il est collant, lourd, gras, on peut en faire une boulette : il est argileux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1. Sol argileux<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Il est gras, on dirait presque du chocolat. Il est lourd et collant, il retient l’eau, il est m\u00eame sujet \u00e0 un drainage d’eau insuffisant. Il est bien trop compact, mais on peut l’all\u00e9ger en y ajoutant du compost ou du gravier (dans les cas extr\u00eames). <\/p>\n

Les plantes, bien nourries, vous prouvent \u00e0 quel point ce sol est riches en \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs et \u00e0 quel point il est humide.<\/p>\n

2. Sol sableux<\/strong> <\/p>\n

<\/a>Sa texture rappelle un biscuit sabl\u00e9 \u00e9cras\u00e9, elle est l\u00e9g\u00e8re. C’est un sol pauvre, qui a peu de r\u00e9serves nutritives. Il retient peu l’eau, il a besoin d’arrosages fr\u00e9quents. <\/p>\n

Il faut commencer par \u00f4ter les pierres, les plus grosses, dont le sol est souvent truff\u00e9. Puis, dans un second temps, il faut le fertiliser. Nous \u00e9voquerons les diff\u00e9rentes techniques d’enrichissement du sol dans les tout prochains jours.<\/p>\n
