Au c\u0153ur du litige \u00e9tait la vid\u00e9o de la chanson \u00ab<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=53NrAbjvL_4\">Touch the sky<\/a>\u00bb, ou l\u2019on peut voir le chanteur personnifi\u00e9 un cascadeur s\u2019appr\u00eatant \u00e0 faire le saut au-dessus du Grand Canyon. De plus, le personnage dont on peut voir le nom sur la porte de sa roulotte se nomme Evel Kaynevel. Les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences \u00e9taient donc directes et sans \u00e9quivoques, d\u2019o\u00f9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2007\/11\/27\/kanye-and-knievel-throw-hatchet-into-canyon\/\">poursuite<\/a> de la part d\u2019Evel Knievel.<\/p>\n<p>Mais bon, les avocats se sont rencontr\u00e9s, les r\u00e9criminations misent sur la table et comme nous sommes en Am\u00e9rique, et qui plus est dans le domaine du Show-business, l\u2019argent a parl\u00e9. Au sommet de sa gloire au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 70, il multiplia les cascades \u00e0 fort potentiel d\u2019\u00e9merveillement. Mais sa fortune suivit la m\u00eame courbe que sa motocyclette lors de l\u2019un de ses sauts, et il dut d\u00e9clarer faillite dans les ann\u00e9es 80.
