Puisqu&rsquo;on parle de moulin, petite remarque sur la nomenclature des mod\u00e8les: la premi\u00e8re lettre d\u00e9signe le motoriste (BMW, Ducat&rsquo;, Gilera, Harley, oui, oui, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha), la seconde, l&rsquo;usine (Bimota donc) et le chiffre: le num\u00e9ro de la moto utilisant la motorisation. Ici donc la DB7 est le 7\u00e8me mod\u00e8le de Bimota utilisant une motorisation Ducati.<\/p>\n<p>De toute fa\u00e7on la seule moto enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Bimota f\u00fbt la V-Due. Sur la DB7, le moteur est un 1098 Testastretta Evoluzione, soit dit en passant le plus puissant moteur bicylindre jamais produit. Le m\u00eame twin de Superbike que sur les nouvelles 1098 et 1098 S de Ducati. <\/p>\n<p>Ce qui n&#8217;emp\u00eache pas la DB7 de rev\u00eatir une t\u00eate de fourche semblable \u00e0 un autre mod\u00e8le de la firme de Bologne, la 999R, dont on a dit beaucoup de mal sur Le Blog Moto avec ses deux phares superpos\u00e9s et non juxtapos\u00e9s (fa\u00e7on 1098 et 996). Mais LBM est constitu\u00e9 de personnes de caract\u00e8res, h\u00e9h\u00e9&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>Les solutions techniques sont tr\u00e8s &quot;bimotesques&quot; (et c&rsquo;est un compliment). Niveau \u00e9quipement c&rsquo;est du tout bon, fourche (invers\u00e9e et r\u00e9glable \u00e9videmment) Marzocchi Corse et du Brembo en freinage radial, le cadre treillis est en acier tubulaire alors que le car\u00e9nage lui est compos\u00e9 de fibres de carbone. <\/p>\n<p>Ce qui aura pour effet d&rsquo;all\u00e9ger la DB7 niveau poids* (170 Kg \u00e0 sec), tout en alourdissant grandement la facture, puisqu&rsquo;elle sera vendue \u00e0 40.000 $ aux USA, soit un peu plus de 26.000 \u20ac. Presque le prix de deux Superbikes japonaises en somme.<\/p>\n<p>Pour son apparence, \u00e0 vous de juger, je la trouve personnellement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussie et gracieuse dans ses lignes, seule la livr\u00e9e est \u00e0 revoir, la robe blanc-rouge n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas tr\u00e8s sexy, m\u00eame si ce sont les couleurs de la marque, trop &quot;Transformer&quot; \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt. La bulle me semble vraiment tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8re aussi pour une sportive. M\u00eame si une bulle a\u00e9ro doit certainement \u00eatre dispo.<\/p>\n<p><em>*pour comparaison la toute derni\u00e8re Honda &quot;Fireblade&quot; (la CBR 1000 RR) est annonc\u00e9e \u00e0 199 Kg (tous pleins faits, attention) mais devrait \u00eatre plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re que la DB7 \u00e0 sec, et la derni\u00e8re Suzuki GSX-R 1000 \u00e0 172 Kg, \u00e0 sec.
