Ainsi il affirme &quot;qu&rsquo;un d\u00e9faut technique avait contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;accident dans 5% des cas (probl\u00e8mes essentiellement li\u00e9s aux roues et au freinage&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Alors interrogeons nous sur le bien fond\u00e9 de cette recommandation : Est-ce pour faire payer une fois de plus les motards ? Pour augmenter la r\u00e9pression envers ceux qui d\u00e9brident leur moto ?
