R\u00e9sultat les ventes ont progress\u00e9 de 31 % en 2006, soit environ 28 000 personnes, les dames craquant plut\u00f4t pour le scooter, dont les mod\u00e8les 125 se sont vendus \u00e0 plus de 54 000 unit\u00e9s l\u2019an pass\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p> Les hommes en revanche sacrifient plus volontiers le confort de la \u00ab chaise \u00e0 roulettes \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, au plaisir d\u2019une vraie moto, modeste ticket d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e dans la fascinante communaut\u00e9 des motards. Revers de la m\u00e9daille: inexp\u00e9riment\u00e9s les nouveaux venus prennent le guidon de machines dont ils ne connaissent rien. Cons\u00e9quence, le d\u00e9cret du 23 d\u00e9cembre 2006 impose d\u00e9sormais une initiation basique cens\u00e9e corriger en partie cette lacune. L\u2019id\u00e9e est sans doute salutaire, l\u2019avenir dira si elle est suffisante.<\/p>\n<p> La formation impos\u00e9e a pour objectif de <em>&quot;sensibiliser&quot;<\/em> les n\u00e9o-motards aux particularit\u00e9s de la conduite d\u2019un 2RM et \u00e0 ses dangers car <em>&quot;en raison de l&rsquo;absence de formation sp\u00e9cifique, ces conducteurs sont plus expos\u00e9s au risque d&rsquo;accident de la route pendant leurs premiers temps de conduite<\/em>&quot;, estime le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.equipement.gouv.fr\/\">minist\u00e8re des transports<\/a>. L&rsquo;obligation s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 tous les automobilistes qui auront obtenu leur permis B depuis du 1er janvier 2007 qui souhaiteraient conduire une 125.<\/p>\n<p><em> &quot;Cette d\u00e9cision r\u00e9sulte des propositions issues de la table ronde de mai 2004 avec les associations repr\u00e9sentant les usagers de deux-roues motoris\u00e9s, et de la concertation men\u00e9e avec les organisations professionnelles repr\u00e9sentant les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement de la conduite&quot;<\/em>, pr\u00e9cise le minist\u00e8re qui ajoute que <em>&quot;la formation pratique sera dispens\u00e9e dans une \u00e9cole de conduite ou une association agr\u00e9\u00e9e par un enseignant qualifi\u00e9 pour la conduite des deux-roues motoris\u00e9s&quot;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p> Le stage donnera droit \u00e0 une attestation de suivi d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9cole de conduite puis le candidat devra faire valider son permis \u00e0 la pr\u00e9fecture.
