Comme \u00e0 l\u2019issue de presque toutes les \u00e9lections Fran\u00e7aises, chacun transforme sa d\u00e9faite en victoire et vice-versa. Ainsi selon la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fne.asso.fr\/\">f\u00e9d\u00e9ration France Nature Environnement<\/a>(FNE), l\u2019arr\u00eat du 10 janvier 2007 aurait valid\u00e9 la circulaire du 6 septembre 2005, relative aux r\u00e8gles imposables aux utilisateurs de v\u00e9hicules terrestres \u00e0 moteur dans les espaces naturels. Il est vrai que le mauvais exemple de cette jeune fille pourrait \u00e0 lui seul justifier cette circulaire &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/quad_atv_girl_mud_stuck_019.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"162\"  alt=\"Quad_atv_girl_mud_stuck_019\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/quad_atv_girl_mud_stuck_019.jpg\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px;float: left\" \/><\/a>Le <a href=\"CODEVER\">CODEVER<\/a> (Collectif pour la d\u00e9fense des loisirs verts), la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffmoto.org\/\">f\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise de motocyclisme<\/a> et la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ff-4x4.com\/site\/\">f\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise de 4X4,<\/a> avaient demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Haute juridiction d&rsquo;annuler ce texte, estimant qu&rsquo;il allait trop loin et imposait des interdictions non pr\u00e9vues par la loi du 3 janvier 1991.<br \/>Or, selon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fne.asso.fr\/\">FNE<\/a> le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.conseil-etat.fr\/ce\/home\/index.shtml\">Conseil d&rsquo;Etat<\/a> aurait uniquement annul\u00e9 l&rsquo;annexe 1 de cette circulaire, en raison de son impr\u00e9cision vis-\u00e0-vis du code de la route. En effet, l&rsquo;annexe 1 de la circulaire ne mentionnait pas que le permis B1 n&rsquo;\u00e9tait requis que pour les quadricycles lourds \u00e0 moteur et non pour l&rsquo;ensemble des quads.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/quad_atv_girl_mud_stuck_017.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"210\"  alt=\"Quad_atv_girl_mud_stuck_017\" src=\"http:\/\/www.leblogmoto.com\/images\/quad_atv_girl_mud_stuck_017.jpg\" style=\"margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px;float: left\" \/><\/a><\/em>Et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fne.asso.fr\/\">FNE<\/a> d&rsquo;exulter:<em> &quot;contrairement \u00e0 ce que pr\u00e9tendent les requ\u00e9rants dans diff\u00e9rents communiqu\u00e9s de presse, la quasi totalit\u00e9 de la circulaire est valid\u00e9e et son contenu s&rsquo;en trouve au contraire renforc\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.conseil-etat.fr\/ce\/home\/index.shtml\">Conseil d&rsquo;Etat<\/a> a m\u00eame pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que cette circulaire ne portait pas atteinte \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d&rsquo;aller et venir et qu&rsquo;elle ne faisait que rappeler les dispositions l\u00e9gislatives applicables en mati\u00e8re de circulation des v\u00e9hicules terrestres \u00e0 moteur dans des espaces naturels : interdiction de circuler en dehors des voies r\u00e9serv\u00e9es \u00e0 la circulation publique, interdiction de circuler sur les terrains d&rsquo;autrui m\u00eame en l&rsquo;absence de signalisation, etc.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fne.asso.fr\/\">f\u00e9d\u00e9ration France Nature Environnement<\/a>, qui est intervenue devant le juge pour soutenir cette circulaire, se f\u00e9licite, en son nom et au nom de tous les membres de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.calme.fr\/\">CALME<\/a>*, de cette d\u00e9cision et encourage les \u00e9lus et les citoyens \u00e0 consulter ce texte afin d&rsquo;agir efficacement en faveur de la ma\u00eetrise de la pratique des loisirs motoris\u00e9s dans les espaces naturels.&quot;<\/em><\/p>\n<p> *<a href=\"http:\/\/www.autourdubio.fr\/modules\/news\/article.php?storyid=69\">La Coordination pour l&rsquo;Adaptation des Loisirs Motoris\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;Environnement ou C.A.L.M.E<\/a>. est n\u00e9e en 1990 \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fne.asso.fr\/\">France Nature Environnement<\/a> (FNE), la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffrandonnee.fr\/plan.aspx\">F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de la Randonn\u00e9e P\u00e9destre (FFRP)<\/a> et l&rsquo;ex-Club Alpin Fran\u00e7ais (aujourd&rsquo;hui FFCAM).
