Il me fixe un rendez-vous trois heures plus tard. Cette <a href=\"http:\/\/www.netsport.ro\/stiri\/5\/2195\/Federatia-Romana-de-Motociclism-%7C-strategii.html\">F\u00e9d\u00e9ration<\/a> occupait un minuscule bureau dans l&rsquo;immeuble du Minist\u00e8re de la Jeunesse et des Sports. Six personnes m&rsquo;attendaient dont l&rsquo;une, pr\u00e9venue par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone avait saut\u00e9 dans un train et parcouru 100 km pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent. <\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9cor est spartiate, quelques vieilles photos jaunies, un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone en bak\u00e9lite et le fameux drapeau roumain bleu-jaune-rouge, amput\u00e9 en son centre du symbole de l&rsquo;ancien r\u00e9gime. Depuis 20 ans ils n&rsquo;ont pas pu quitter le territoire roumain mais Mihail, le pr\u00e9sident de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration se souvient encore avec \u00e9motion de son dernier voyage \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait en France \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grandprixhistorique.com\/\">Grand Prix de Pau !<\/a> Ils sont si excit\u00e9s par ma venue qu&rsquo;ils parlent tous en m\u00eame temps. Ils veulent tout raconter, tout de suite ; comme au sortir d&rsquo;un cauchemar, pour ne pas l&rsquo;oublier. &quot; <a href=\"http:\/\/laroumanie.free.fr\/page\/ceaucescu.html\">Ceaucescu<\/a> d\u00e9testait le motocyclisme, sa femme Elena encore plus &quot; Selon eux, et donc pour le parti unique, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un sport de voyous (houligans), bruyant, individualiste et consommateur d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Ils ont fait fermer les circuits et emprisonner des responsables. Et de citer un incident typique : la derni\u00e8re concentration inter qui avait pu se rassembler r\u00e9unissait quelques motards occidentaux; allemands et autrichiens notamment. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait en 1975 sur le littoral de la <a href=\"http:\/\/romania.ibelgique.com\/mer.htm\">Mer Noire<\/a>. Manque de chance, le couple maudit passait son week-end dans le coin. D\u00e9rang\u00e9s par le bruit, ils voulurent faire arr\u00eater tout le monde mais quand on leur expliqua que cela risquait de poser un probl\u00e8me diplomatique avec les ambassades occidentales, il se r\u00e9solurent a &quot;ne&quot; faire embastiller &quot;que&quot; le pr\u00e9sident de la f\u00e9d\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque \u2026un vieux colonel en retraite ! <\/p>\n<p>Ils m&rsquo;ont racont\u00e9 comment des usines les ont cependant abrit\u00e9s, en citant avec insistance &quot;IMGB&quot; (prononcer im\u00e9gu\u00e9b\u00e9) qui se trouvait \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bucarest.com\/\">Bucarest<\/a>. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait une importante entreprise de m\u00e9canique sous-traitante d&rsquo;Alsthom et aujourd&rsquo;hui disparue. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son appui les meilleurs pilotes de la ville \u00e9taient parvenu a fabriquer leur propres motos. La preuve ? sous le bureau du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral se trouve dans un carton un moteur 250 liquide con\u00e7u par l&rsquo;entra\u00eeneur du moto-club de l&rsquo;usine sur la base d&rsquo;un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moto-histo.com\/jawacz\/jawacz.htm\">250 CZ<\/a> (un lien a ne pas manquer !). Son cylindre va bient\u00f4t vivre une belle histoire.
