C&rsquo;est dans cette ambiance encore tendue mais exultant d&rsquo;espoir de libert\u00e9, que le motard &lsquo;libre&rsquo; que j&rsquo;ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u00e9couvert ce pays extraordinaire avec le premier convoi humanitaire de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.croix-rouge.fr\/goto\/index.asp\">&nbsp; la Croix Rouge<\/a> \u202616 ans d\u00e9j\u00e0 !<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir apport\u00e9 l&rsquo;une des contributions fran\u00e7aises \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital p\u00e9diatrique de <a href=\"http:\/\/travel.yahoo.com\/p-travelguide-488048-action-pictures-phototype-user-ploiesti_romania_vacations-i;_ylt=A9FJu5gt7P5ETQQB2DXdLmoL\">Ploiesti<\/a> et \u00e0 l&rsquo;orphelinat de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.photoway.com\/fr\/dest\/ROM03_054.html\">C\u00eempina<\/a>, nous sommes rentr\u00e9s \u00e0 Bucarest d&rsquo;o\u00f9 les 35 camions devaient repartir en France d\u00e8s le lendemain matin. <\/p>\n<p>Rentrer d\u00e9j\u00e0 ? il n&rsquo;en \u00e9tait pour ma part pas question et Jacques, le chauffeur du camion ari\u00e9geois dut se r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 affronter les 3000 kilom\u00e8tres du retour, seul, en hiver, avec une vitre du camion qu&rsquo;il avait bris\u00e9 pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ses clefs oubli\u00e9es dans la cabine\u2026<\/p>\n<p>En principe \u00e0 moto ce genre de probl\u00e8me n&rsquo;arrive pas, mais j&rsquo;ai vu des pilotes se louper en enduro, sans pouvoir repartir sur la sp\u00e9ciale suivante, \u00e0 cause de cette inattention de leur assistance.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe pourtant une solution simple : une clef de secours, noy\u00e9e dans la graisse pour limiter l&rsquo;oxydation, empaquet\u00e9e soigneusement dans un pochon et cach\u00e9e-fix\u00e9e tout aussi soigneusement dans un coin discret du bas de caisse du v\u00e9hicule (a vous de trouver la cache) Ce truc m&rsquo;a sauv\u00e9 la mise \u00e0 plusieurs reprises\u2026<\/p>\n<p>5 f\u00e9vrier 1990 : Seul \u00e0 Bucarest, avec en poche 20 balles et le num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone hypoth\u00e9tique de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frm.ro\/new\/news.php\">la F\u00e9d\u00e9 Moto Roumaine (FRM)<\/a> , confi\u00e9e &quot; sous toutes r\u00e9serves &quot; par la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffmoto.org\/\">la F\u00e9d\u00e9 Moto Fran\u00e7aise (FFM)<\/a>avant mon d\u00e9part.C\/FONT&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Je glisse une pi\u00e8ce de 20 Lei dans un taxiphone (\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, une poussi\u00e8re de centimes de Franc) et miracle on me r\u00e9pond, et en fran\u00e7ais s&rsquo;il vous plait ! Au bout du fil, c&rsquo;est Mihai Mezincescu, le nouveau pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9d\u00e9 Roumaine, ing\u00e9nieur de formation (\u00e0 droite sur la photo en compagnie de l&rsquo;un de ses poulains) Elu par un coup de force des pilotes, juste apr\u00e8s les \u00e9v\u00e8nements de d\u00e9cembre 89. Mihai, 50 ans \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, \u00e9tait le champion incontest\u00e9 de vitesse 50cc, sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tohan.ro\/page15.html\">Mobra-Hoinar<\/a>. Son grand-p\u00e8re est le fondateur de la raffinerie de p\u00e9trole de <a href=\"http:\/\/travel.yahoo.com\/p-travelguide-488048-action-pictures-phototype-user-ploiesti_romania_vacations-i;_ylt=A9FJu5gt7P5ETQQB2DXdLmoL\">Ploiesti<\/a>. Raison suffisante pour qu&rsquo;il en soit puni par le syst\u00e8me laCeaucescu. Rel\u00e9gu\u00e9 avec femme et enfants dans les caves de la maison familiale, il vivait mis\u00e9rablement depuis 20 ans quand je l&rsquo;ai connu. Sans lumi\u00e8re du jour ni chauffage. Malgr\u00e9 tout, Mihai s&rsquo;est battu pour la moto, sa passion. Il a su r\u00e9sister. Il est de ceux qui ont permis au motocyclisme de survivre en Roumanie, souvent au prix de sa libert\u00e9. Son amour de la moto et ce qu&rsquo;il a fait pour elle fut son unique moyen de r\u00e9sistance face \u00e0 la dictature. <\/p>\n<p>Mihai Mezincescu est l&rsquo;esprit de l&rsquo;&quot; atelier de brousse &quot;.
